Održan sastanak predstavnika novoodabranih projektata koji će se finansirati u okviru Izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju

Sastanak predstavnika novoodabranih projekata u okviru Izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju je održan 28.-og i 29.-og januara 2019. godine u Briselu (Belgija).

Ovaj dvodnevni sastanak je bio namijenjen predstavnicima projekata u okviru Izgradnje kapaciteta u oblasti visokog obrazovanja, odabranih u okviru Poziva za podnošenje prijedloga EAC/A05/2017. Cilj sastanka je detaljno razmatranje svih pitanja od značaja koja se tiču implementacije određenog projekta, samog ugovora o dodjeli granta, kao i finansijskim pravilima koja se primjenjuju za dodjelu granta u okviru Izgradnje kapaciteta. Sastanak je takođe bio prilika za one koji već imaju dovoljno iskustva u radu sa projektima, kao i one koji su u tome novi, da naprave “umrežavanje” sa drugim projektima.

Sastanak je bio podijeljen na plenarne sjednice, niz radionica i sektor za informacije i pružanje pomoći. Organizovane radionice su bile posvećene pitanjima koja se tiču finansiranja. Sektor za informacije i pomoć je omogućio upoznavanje predstavnika pojedinačnih projekata sa njihovim projektnim menadžerom iz Izvršne agencije za obrazovanje, audiovizuelnu umjetnost i kulturu, (EACEA).

Ostali sektori za informacije su omogućili upoznavanje učesnika sa predstavnicima Nacionalnih agencija u  programskim zemljama, predstavnicima Nacionalnih Erasmus+ kancelarija (NEO) u partnerskim zemljama, kao i predstavnicima Evropske komisije i Agencije zaduženih za upravljanje ostalim aktivnostima programa Erasmus+ i Marie Sklodowska Curie, u cilju razmatranja mogućih problema tokom sprovođenja određenog projekta.

Na kraju, određeno vrijeme je posvećeno međusobnom povezivanju predstavnika projekata u cilju osnaživanja interakcije i podsticanja diskusije među predstavnicima projekata koji se sprovode u istom regionu.
