The panel discussion “Dialogue with citizens: Let’s talk about the facts” was held today in Nikšić (Montenegro). The meeting was organized by the Center for Democracy and Human Rights, and it focused on the negotiation chapter 26 – Education and Culture. The panel discussion was organized within the project “Education and Dialogue – on the way to the EU”, financially supported by the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro.
The aim of the panel discussion was to foster the dialogue and to enhance cooperation of the civic sector, state bodies/authorities and citizens, which is one of the goals to be achieved by the implementation of the project.
The event also served as an opportunity to present the role and objectives of the Erasmus+ programme when it comes to improvement and modernization of higher education in Montenegro.
