Based on the research (literature review, interviews with companies, surveys made by Chambers of Commerce, data from previous projects), we conclude that the gap between the companies’ needs and student’s knowledge is increasing, so the need for the following fields was identified: Digitization; Industry 5.0; LEAN methodology; Energy efficiency; Waste management in business entities and sustainability and Project management and within the following training courses were identified: Internet of things and Block chain; Digital twin; Smart Companies; Lean organisation; Basic Lean methods and lean audit; Advanced Lean methods; Lean games; Energy audit; Energy efficiency of technical systems; Wastewater Management; Noise pollution and Project management. Quality assurance tools and methods will prove the achievements of the project. The project will be at benefit of several target groups: Current students; graduated students; employees in companies; and lecturers of partner HEIs. They will adopt new knowledge and innovative approaches and technologies for the implementation of teaching such as the application of serious games, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. These 24 licenced lecturers will then spread knowledge among other lectures, so the number of lecturers can rise sharply in years. All new education material will be loaded on the internet portal together with short educational films on selected topics and examples for teaching and will be freely available (12 blended learning courses, more than 700 students will attend the courses, 6 multifunctional learning centers will be established)
