Erasmus +
Erasmus+ je program Evropske unije u oblasti obrazovanja, obuke, mladih i sporta za period 2014-2020.
Erasmus + obezbjeđuje grantove za širok okvir akcija i aktivnosti u oblasti obrazovanja, obuke, mladih i sporta. Program daje mogućnosti za studente, učesnike obuka, zaposlene i volontere da provedu jedan vremenski period u inostranstvu kako bi poboljšali svoje vještine i mogućnosti za zapošljavanje. Program daje podršku organizacijama da rade na transnacionalnim partnerstvima i razmjenjuju inovativne prakse u oblasti obrazovanja, obuke i mladih. Nova akcija u oblasti sporta će podržavati osnovne projekte i prekogranične izazove kao što su borba protiv namještanja mečeva, doping, nasilje i rasizam.
Akcije Erasmus+ programa su podijeljene na decentralizovane i centralizovane. Decentralizovanim akcijama se upravlja u svakoj programskoj zemlji od strane Nacionalnih agencije, koje su imenovane od strane nadležnih državnih institucija u svakoj zemlji. Centralizovanim akcijama se upravlja na evropskom nivou od strane Izvršne agencije za obrazovanje, audiovizuelnu umjetnost i kulturu (EACEA), sa sjedištem u Briselu.
Proces apliciranja za centralizovane akcije se pokreće na jedan od sljedećih načina:
- Određene akcije su uključene u Opšti konkurs za projekte a detalji o ovim akcijama su opisani u Programskom Vodiču za Erasmus+.
- Posebni konkursi za projekte se objavljuju na web stranici EACEA.
- Ograničeni konkursi su namijenjeni isključivo tijelima imenovanim od strane državnih organa u Erasmus+ programskim zemljama za preuzimanje specifičnih poslova (izrada studija, upravljanje strateškim inicijativama i sl.)
- Konkursi za tendere se objavljuju kada je neophodno obezbijediti ograničen broj posebnih usluga.
EACEA je nadležna za kompletan ciklus upravljanja projektima, od promovisanja programa, analize zahtjeva za grantove, monitoringa projekata, do širenja rezultata projekata i cijelog programa.
