Erasmus+: Erasmus Mundus zajedničke magistarske diplome (JMDs) nastavljaju uspješna iskustva Erasmus Mundus magistarskih kurseva, i imaju za cilj:
- Unapređenje kvaliteta, inovacije, izuzetnosti i internacionalizaciju na ustanovama visokog obrazovanja;
- Podizanje atraktivnosti Evropskog prostora visokog obrazovanja (EHEA);
- Poboljšanje nivoa kompetencija i vještina diplomiranih na magistarskin studijama, i njihovu zapošljivost.
Šta podržavaju ovi projekti
Programi zajedničkh magistarskih diploma su integrisani studijski programi koje organizuju konzorcijumi organizacija iz programskih i (opciono) iz partnerskih zemalja.
Nakon prve pripremne godine, konzorcijumi sprovode tri godišnje selekcije studenata, koji dobijaju zajedničke ili višestruke diploma na kraju svojih studija.
Erasmus+ finansira stipendije za studente, kao i grantove za profesore i gosujuče predavače za nastavu i istraživanje na programima magistarskih stepena.
Koja podrška je dostupna
Svaki izabrani konzorcijum će dobiti grant koji pokriva troškove stipendija, kao i troškove menadžmenta za pripremnu godinu i kasnija tri godišnja upisa studenata i profesora. Ukupno, ovaj grant iznosi između 2 i 3 miliona eura po konzorcijumu.
Ko može aplicirati
Ustanova visokog obrazovanja osnovana u jednoj od programskih zemalja može podnijeti aplikaciju u ime konzorcijuma koji organizuje studijski program.
Konzorcijum mora uključiti ustanove visokog obrazovanja iz najmanje tri programske zemlje i mora obuhvatiti druge ustanove visokog obrazovanja iz programskih i partnerskih zemalja.
Kako se aplicira
- Pročitati pažljivo posebne smjernice za šemu zajedničkih magistarskih diploma i konkurs za projekte.
- Registrovati se na portal za učesnike (Participant Portal) i dobiti identifikacioni kod učesnika (PIC). PIC će se tražiti u aplikacionoj formi.
- Koristite eForm za popunjavanje vašeg prijedloga pojekta.
- Podnesite vašu aplikaciju online prije naznačenog roka. Provjerite da li ste dobili potvrdu putem emaila.
Napomena: Ovo je procedura apliciranja za konzorcijume koji planiraju da ponude master studijske programe. Studenti koji žele da apliciraju za stipendije treba da apliciraju direktno kod postojećih konzorcijuma.
Kako se vrši odabir/selekcija aplikacija
Pijedlozi projekata se ocjenjuju od strane Izvršne agencije kojoj se podnose aplikacije, isključivo na osnovu kriterijuma propisanih u Programskom vodiču za Erasmus+.
Ocjenjivanje aplikacija podrzumijeva:
- Formalnu provjeru u cilju utvrdjivanja ispunjenosti kriterijuma prihvatljivosti i isključenja;
- Vrednovanje kvaliteta u cilju ocjenjivanja u kojoj mjeri organizacije koje učestvuju u aplikaciji ispunjavaju kriterijume selekcije i u kojoj mjeri projekat ispunjava kriterijume za dodjelu granta. Ova ocjena kvaliteta se sprovodi uz podršku nezavisnih eksperata.
Kvalitet prihvatljivog projekta se ocjenjuje na osnovu sljedećih kriterijuma:
- Relevantnost;
- Kvalitet plana projekta i implementacije;
- Kvalitet projektnog tima i dogovora o saradnji;
- Impakt i diseminacija.
Šta se dešava ukoliko aplikacije budu izabrane
Sve aplikacije će primiti pisano obavjštenje o ishodu procedure selekcije kao i povratnu informaciju o ocjeni njihove aplikacije.
Za aplikacije koje su izabrane za finansiranje od strane EU, EACEA će kontaktirati aplikante ukoliko je potrebna neka dodatna informacija kako bi se sastavio ugovor.
EACEA će pripremiti ugovor o grantu sa detaljnim uslovima i nivoom finansiranja.
