HERE studijska posjeta Kraljevskom koledžu u Londonu i Londonskoj školi ekonomije i političkih nauka

U okviru Erasmus+ akcije podrška aktinostima nacionalnih timova stručnjaka za reform visokog obrazovanja (HEREs) u periodu od 2 do 5. septembra 2018. godine realizovana je studijska posjeta Kraljevskom koledžu u Londonu i Londonskoj školi ekonomije i političkih nauka, na temu Profesionalni razvoj akademskog osoblja u visokom obrazovanju. Crnogorsku delegaciju su predstavljali  Rektor Univerziteta Crne Gore prof. dr Danilo Nikolić i Biljana Mišović iz Ministarstva prosvjete.

Ciljevi studijske posjete su bili proširivanje znanja i razmjena iskustava o različitim institucionalnim praksama u profesionalnom razvoju akademskog osoblja, funkcionisanja centara za profesionalni razvoj na univerzitetima, kao i pozicioniranje profesionalnog razvoja u kontekst ukupnog osiguranja i unapređenja kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja.

Posjeta je takođe imala za cilj da sagleda koliko su prakse na Kraljevskom koledžu u Londonu i Londonskoj školi ekonomije i političkih nauka primjenjive u drugim nacionalnim ili institucionalnim kontekstima.

„Novi koncept je doveo u pitanje tradicionalan odnos nastavnik-student. Rezultirajuće promjene u institucionalnim praksama su kompleksne i suočavamo se sa njima i danas. Dovele su do stimulisanja inovativnog izvođenja nastave i nastavnih metoda, koje se i dalje transformišu u skladu sa razvojem tehnologije“, kazao je rektor Nikolić na temu studijske posjete.

Tokom posjete razgovarano je na temu kako usmjeriti odgovarajući profesionalni razvoj akademskog osoblja koje će doprinijeti dobrobiti svih studenata u jednoj instituciji.

S obzirom na to da će se na Univerzitetu Crne Gore u narednom periodu odrediti njegovi strateški pravci razvoja gdje će, između ostalog, značajan segment biti razvoj ljudskih resursa i kvalitet nastavnog procesa, iskustva koja su razmijenjena tokom studijske posjete biće od velikog značaja za jasnije i preciznije definisanje pravaca razvoja Univerziteta.
