Kraj događaja „Mjesec Evrope kroz program Erasmus+” obilježen aktivnošću posvećenoj stručnom obrazovanju i obuci

Nacionalna Erasmus+ kancelarija u Crnoj Gori organizovala je treću i ujedno i poslednju u nizu aktivnosti u okviru događaja „Mjesec Evrope kroz program Erasmus+”. Zasebna aktivnost pod nazivom „Uspješne priče: Iskustva korisnika u oblasti stručnog obrazovanja i obuke” usmjerena je na predstavljanje rezultata Crne Gore u oblasti stručnog obrazovanja i obuke u okviru programa Erasmus+.

Vanja Drljević, direktor Nacionalne Erasmus+ kancelarije podsjetila je da ovaj program sve više koriste srednje škole zbog čega je I njegovo predstavljanje upriličeno u SSŠ “Ivan Uskoković”.

“Naše srednje škole su iskazale veliku zainteresovanost za ove programe i kao rezultat toga za narednu godinu otvoren je novi konkurs. Sada kroz novu sedmogodišnju perspektivu imamo novu mogućnost izgradnje kapaciteta u oblasti srednjeg stručnog obrazovanja koji nudi velike mogućnosti za srednje stručne škole da unaprijede kvalitet svog obrazovanja” istakla je Drljević.

Ovaj program omogućiće školama veću internacionalizaciju i mogućnost da mladi ljudi, odnosno đaci I nastavno osoblje koriste program mobilnosti kako bi razmijenili iskustva I prakse sa svojim kolegama I donijeli neke novine u smislu metodologije ali i novih predmeta, stekli nova znanja, i kasnije bili konkurentni na tržištu rada, kazala je Drljević.

“Kroz ove projekte pravi se saradnja sa tržištem rada jer u njima učestvuju i Privredna komora i ZZZ Crne Gore što nam omogućava da bolje sagledamo potrebe tržišta rada” istakla je ona.

Duško Rajković, direktor Centra za stručno obrazovanje istakao je da su Erasmus+ programi koji se realizuju izuzetna prilika koja mladima otvara nove vidike i upoznaje ih sa novim mogućnostima.

“U narednom periodu učinićemo dodatne napore da motivišemo menadžmente svih stručnih srednjih škola da koriste ove programme, apliciraju za buduće pozive i da se uključe”.

On je istakao i da su učenici iz Crne Gore u dosadašnjim razmjenama ocijenjeni sa najvećim ocjenama. To je rezultiralo da dobijemo određeni broj poziva iz tih država da ta djeca dođu tokom ljetnjih mjeseci i dobiju sezonske poslove, zaključio je Rajković.

Sonja Dabetić, direktorka SSŠ „Ivan Uskoković” istakla je značaj učešća srednjih stručnih škola u programu Erasmus+ i ohrabrila sve relevantne učesnike da uzmu učešće u narednom periodu.

Učenici SMŠ „Danilo Kiš” i SSŠ “Ivan Uskoković” su ovom prilikom podijelili sa prisutnima svoja iskustva učešća u programu Erasmus+.
