Today, in the premises of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation of Montenegro, a cluster meeting of Erasmus+ projects in the field of vocational education and training under the title “Impact of Erasmus+ Capacity Building Projects in Vocational Education and Training on the Internationalization of the Vocational Education System in Montenegro,” and Erasmus+ Info Day regarding the Open call for project proposals for Erasmus+ CB VET projects were organized by National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro.
The meeting was attended by representatives of vocational secondary schools, the Center for Vocational Education, the Bureau for education services, the University of Donja Gorica, as well as representatives from the sector of economy participating in Erasmus+ CB VET projects. Representatives from vocational secondary schools and the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, institutions that participated in pilot mobility scheme projects in the field of vocational education and training, initiated by the European Commission, also took part in the event.
In the introductory part of the event, Marija Gošović, General Director of the Directorate for Gymnasium and Vocational Education from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation of Montenegro, Vanja Drljević, Head of the National Erasmus+ Office, and Jelena Bojović from the Center for Vocational Education addressed the attendees.
Marija Gošović emphasized the Ministry’s support for improving the system of vocational education and training. Vanja Drljević spoke about the importance of the Erasmus+ program for the internationalization of the vocational education system in Montenegro and the results achieved so far in this field. Jelena Bojović presented the experiences of participating in such projects. Ljiljana Gogić, from the National Erasmus+ Office, presented the participation rules and guidelines for successful project proposal submissions within the open Erasmus+ call for Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training,
