The hybrid meeting of the members of the HERE team was held today in the premises of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro and aimed at planning and dividing duties among the members of the HERE team, all in anticipation of the seminar Closing the skills gaps in HE, which will be held on April 14-15, 2025.
After the successful year 2024, which marked the implementation of a total of 4 TAM seminars, in this year the HERE team also plans to implement another relevant seminar for the higher education system, which is Flexibilization of learning and micro-credentials in Higher education; the role of universities, policy makers and business sector.
The aforementioned seminars will aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and the development of professional skills and promote change in higher education institutions to ensure that students develop practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge.
