Održana uvodna konferencija Erasmus+ projekta “Nastavite da se obrazujete”

U organizaciji Filozofskog fakulteta Univerziteta Crne Gore i JPU “Ljubica Popović” u Podgorici je održana dvodnevna konferencija (28.-og i 29.-og marta 2019.godine) Erasmus+ projekta “Nastavite da se obrazujete”, jednog od novoodobrenih projekata u okviru posljednjeg konkursa Evropske komisije za Erasmus+ projekte izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju.
Konferenciju su otvorili predstavnici Ministarstva prosvjete, Nacionalne Erasmus+ kancelariije i Rektorata Univerziteta Crne Gore.

Cilj navedenog projekta, koji realizuju partnerske institucije iz 6 zemalja (Srbija, Crna Gora, Slovenija, Mađarska, Rumunija i Velika Britanija) je razvoj i unaprijeđivanje kontinuiranog profesionalnog razvoja vaspitača u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori, uspostavljanje centara za cjeloživotno obrazovanje vaspitača, kao i povećanje vidljivosti pomenutih centara na regionalnom nivou. Dodatnu vrijednost projekta, što je jedan od dugoročnih ciljeva, predstavlja ojačavanje uloge vaspitača u javnosti.
Na konferenciji je ukazano na značaj kontinuranog profesionalnog razvoja vaspitača, kako bi isti bili u mogućnosti da uspješno obavljaju ovaj posao, a naglašena je i potreba za povećanim obimom praktičnih aktivnosti u okviru studijskih programa, jer su neophodna konkretna rješenja koja se mogu primijeniti u svakodnevnom radu.

Ovom prilikom su predstavljeni primjeri studijskih programa predškolskog obrazovanja partnera iz EU (Velika Britanija, Slovenija, Mađarska, Rumunija), rezultati komparativne analize trenutnog stanja u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori, kao i u poređenju sa EU partnerima, a predstavljeni su i rezultati analize kataloga programa profesionalnog razvoja u ranom i predškolskom vaspitanju i obrazovanju.
