We are pleased to inform you that the annual HERE conference titled “Higher Education Policy Reform for Impact” was held at the University of Barcelona – December 4th – 5th, 2023.
The conference served as an excellent opportunity to present the HERE team from Montenegro, their annual work plan, defined work priorities, planned activities and seminars, as well as the challenges they face in the process of achieving a greater impact of higher education reform at the systemic level.
